Office closure

Our offices will be closed for visitors on Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 February 2024 and will reopen on Friday 1 March 2024. You can still make a complaint via our online form but we will not be able to respond until we reopen.

Summary

Mr C made a number of complaints about the care and treatment his son had received from the board. We were unable to reach agreement with Mr C on the issues to be investigated. Consequently, we were unable to take the case forward and it was closed.
