General Practitioner Forth Valley Area - complaint was from Mrs C, concerning her local GP practice. She visited the practice in 2003 and returned with the same symptoms in 2005. She claims that the initial GP who saw her failed to diagnose her illness and that she was treated insensitively on her second visit.
Office closure
