Complaint about Fife Council - complaint was from a member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) on behalf of her constituent, Mr C. She complained of the way in which Fife Council (the Council) dealt with Mr C’s requests to buy land to allow him to create a vehicular access and also to increase the size of his garden.
